The court accepted stipulations and state exhibits into evidence, found there was sufficient evidence to support the pleas, and found the defendant guilty on the three counts.
At sentencing the court imposed eight years in prison on each of counts 2, 3 and 4 and ordered the sentences to run concurrently. The court also imposed a $2,000 fine and ordered no contact with minors. The judge explained the waiver-of-appeal paragraph and reminded the defendant that felony convictions carry restrictions including prohibition on possessing weapons or ammunition.
