Bon Appetit 2025 draws record vendors and local restaurants to Bell Works Chicagoland
Summary
The Hoffman Estates Chamber of Commerce said Bon Appetit 2025 brought a record 40 vendors and about 450 registered attendees to Bell Works Chicagoland. Vendors included local restaurants, bakeries, caterers and services promoting menu items, catering and locations.
Trish O'Brien, president of the Hoffman Estates Chamber of Commerce, said Bon Appetit 2025 at Bell Works Chicagoland featured a record 40 vendors and more than 450 registrants.
"It is phenomenal. And we have actually today over 450 people registered for this long standing community event," O'Brien said at the festival. The event showcased food and drink businesses from across the area, including Holy Smokes (brisket and beef rib), Vasco's (elote and marinated chicken), Fat Rosie's (guava margaritas and ceviche), Garibaldi's (pizza and sandwich menu), I Smell Bacon (pulled pork sliders and gumbo), Bar Down (chicken marsala, bruschetta and pizza), Taco Llamas (tacos and margaritas), Game Night Out (private event venue), and several local hotels and banks present to promote services.
Vendors described menu highlights and ordering options. Dave of Holy Smokes pointed customers to the business website for truck locations and catering. Lisa of First Place Sports Bar and Grill said customers can dine in or order via Grubhub and that mozzarella sticks are a top menu item. Multiple vendors described catering availability, online ordering and physical restaurant addresses.
Organizers closed the evening thanking participants and inviting vendors to reapply for Bon Appetit 2026. The Holiday Inn representative promoted on-site meeting space and lodging near the event.
The transcript contains no sales or attendance verification beyond the Chamber’s statements at the festival; it does not include vendor sales figures or a formal post-event report.
