Surveyor updates board on MARPA projects: Loughner change order closed and Trucun paving nearing final walkthrough

At the July 21 meeting the Surveyor’s Office provided brief updates on two MARPA projects. Staff said the Loughner (Loughmere/Loffner) drainage project’s change-order work — discussed and approved earlier in the meeting — has been finalized for payment; full project closeout will follow fall seeding.
Staff also reported paving on the Trucun project has been completed. County staff, the highway department and the engineering firm will perform a short walkthrough on the project site the following day to identify any remaining items and finalize closeout documentation. No motions were required for these updates; they were presented as miscellaneous items.
