Boone County staff recommended and the board approved site plans on July 21 for a small Chase Bank building located on the south side of Whitestown Parkway, near previously approved Chipotle and other nearby commercial projects.
The approximately 1.4‑acre disturbed area is currently pavement; staff said the change to a building will not increase runoff materially because detention for the broader development was provided in a basin behind Lowe’s. Engineering review found the plans meet stormwater ordinance standards, and the Surveyor’s Office recommended approval. The board approved the Chase Bank project as presented; final survey and technical submittals remain a prerequisite to construction permits.
