The owner said he had purchased and renovated adjacent property, consolidated the parcels and had installed a paved parking lot to support a 22-unit apartment building.
In case CE23-0064 (309 Georgia Avenue), the Code Enforcement Board found violations involving roofing permits, drainage, and premise identification; the owner said financial issues delayed repair but the house was renovated and sold May 28, 2025. The council voted to reduce the lien to $2,121.36 to cover the city's costs, as recommended by staff and the Code Enforcement Board.
