The Anoka County Board on July 16 authorized Risk Management to settle workers' compensation claim number 23-0073 in the terms discussed in the management committee earlier that day. Commissioner Meissner introduced the item and moved approval; Commissioner Schulte seconded. The board voted by roll call and approved the settlement.
Commissioners thanked staff involved in negotiating the settlement. The board did not discuss settlement dollar amounts on the public record during the meeting and directed Risk Management to execute the approved settlement as authorized.
