The Anoka County Board on July 16 approved routine financial and consent items by unanimous roll call, including tax claims and abatements, regular expense claims and minutes from the July 8 meeting.
On the consent agenda the board approved a master contract for plumbing services with an initial three-year term and the option to renew two additional one-year terms (possible total five years); the contracts referenced in the discussion were identified as C0011625 and C0011634 and companies referenced included CorVel (or similarly named vendors) for facilities maintenance work.
The board also approved a joint powers agreement with St. Francis School District for election services for the period Aug. 1 through Dec. 31, 2025, in the amount of $6,000. In finance, the board adopted an Anoka County travel, training and general reimbursement policy for employees and elected officials to streamline reimbursement processes.
Motions to approve the consent slate were moved and seconded and passed by roll call. The board did not hold prolonged debate on these consent items and directed staff to finalize contracts and agreements.
