- Student Life & Program (items 1–7): renewals and approvals including a professional‑services contract, a new aerospace club, IEP transportation contract and an overnight dance trip. The motion carried by roll call with all yes votes. - Operations & Transportation (items 1–19): monthly financial reports, invoices, budget transfers, insurance renewals, bus routes and acceptance of a $700 donation to the music department from Catherine Allworthy. The motion carried by roll call with unanimous approval. - Personnel (items 1–29): resignations, contractual appointments and leaves of absence; motion carried by roll call. - Policy committee motions to adopt vendor policy updates and abolish conflicting facilities policy (75.10.1): motions passed by majority roll call despite several recorded no votes on specific items.
After moving into executive session to discuss HIB litigation and review cases, the board reconvened and voted to "affirm the Hunterdon Central administration disposition" for the HIB cases reviewed in closed session. The roll call on that motion recorded all yes votes and the motion carried.
