The board approved a resolution authorizing appointments of Gail Titus, Michael Ruppnow, Richard Terman and Sarah Hanneman as independent hearing officers. A board member noted hearing officers are used so the full board does not need to convene for each expulsion proceeding.
Separately, the board voted to refer "Referral 01‑2025" (pertaining to board compensation) to the governance committee for review and consideration; the motion passed 7–0.
