Commissioners agreed to reappoint Bernard Felder to a three-year term for seat number 1. The board also reappointed Brent Dover to seat number 2 for a one-year term, with the county administration directed to develop a succession plan and propose updated appointment policies for future consideration. The board approved both reappointments by unanimous vote.
County staff said they will return with a plan to balance term limits and retention of expertise, including possible phased transitions so the board retains institutional knowledge while opening opportunities for new volunteers.
