Fox and Associates presented the plan for the water district and said the tank responds to longstanding system needs to provide storage and pressure for domestic and fire flows in that service area. A liaison to the water board told the commission that a second tank is planned in a different part of the county to serve development along Route 11 and Business Park Drive.
