Board accepts subdivision performance and maintenance bonds and secondary plat for Kingsbridge Section 2

The Board of Public Works and Safety accepted subdivision performance and maintenance bonds for Kingsbridge Section 2 and approved the secondary plat after city engineer Matt McElroy presented the bond schedule.
McElroy listed the performance and maintenance bonds and amounts: a performance bond (No. 5,870,654) for survey monuments at $4,500; maintenance bond No. 5,870,648 for earthwork at $14,399.81; bond No. 5,870,649 for storm sewers, swales and underdrains at $12,277.60; bond No. 5,870,650 for streets at $38,322.50; bond No. 5,870,651 for sanitary sewers at $19,407.13; bond No. 5,870,652 for plantings and mounds at $1,250; and bond No. 5,870,653 for street signs at $613.75.
A board member moved to accept the bonds and the motion passed unanimously. After bond acceptance, planning director Joanna Tennell presented the secondary plat; the board then moved and approved acceptance and execution of the Kingsbridge Section 2 secondary plat.
Board members recorded acceptance of the bonds and the plat to allow the developer to proceed with required improvements under the city's subdivision process.
