At the opening of its July 21 meeting the Roseville City Council read and unanimously adopted two proclamations. The first declared July 26, 2025, as the anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act; council members praised ongoing accessibility work in city parks and digital services. The second proclaimed July 21, 2025, as Roseville Golden K Kiwanis Peanut Day to kick off the Kiwanis Club’s annual peanut fundraising campaign; the club described volunteer and grant support to local youth programs and said 100% of funds raised go to community causes.
