Both items were moved and seconded and passed on roll call.
The council also approved a donation agreement with John and Darlene Ruh for the donation of John Ruh’s Route 66 model train exhibit to the city, and approved a master service agreement for a compensation study with MGT Impact Solutions LLC for an amount not to exceed $11,470.
Each item was part of the consent agenda and passed on roll call with routine motion-and-second procedures; no substantive amendments or conditions were recorded on the floor.
