Board approves $18,520 change order to Heath Street concrete project to fix ADA hazards

Grenard said the change order adds $18,520 to the project, bringing the total contract price to $149,038 and giving an overall change order percentage of 14.1%. "We're recommending that the board approve this change order," he said.
A motion to approve Change Order No. 1 was moved and seconded and carried by voice vote. No roll-call vote or mover/second names were provided in the transcript. The board recorded no dissent during the vote.
