The motion to approve was moved by Commissioner Megan Moore and seconded by Commissioner Muda. The board approved the change order by a roll-call vote of six in favor, none opposed.
Staff said the Hammond Police Department requested the conduit installation; the change order also included a minor modification to the median at the Sportsplex entrance. The motion carried without further amendment or conditions.
