Board staff updated members July 15 on investigations, enforcement metrics and recent corrective-action outcomes. Key figures: The investigations division reported 278 active investigations. Through June 2025, the board had received 982 damage-complaint notifications and opened 89 investigations from those reports. The board’s No-811 pilot program (two participating operators) has received 266 No-811 notifications since July and currently has 137 active pilot investigations. Membership-termination corrective actions: Staff summarized two corrective-action cases. In case C241690007 (Washburn Grove Management), staff reported the respondent rejoined a notification center and became active again after staff’s corrective action; Washburn Grove Management signed a new membership agreement 05/14/2025 and was reactivated 06/03/2025. In case C241990006 (Rajon Pasha / Jasheen Pasha), staff said the respondent submitted a billboard-installation procedure as requested and staff is reviewing it. Administrative updates: The enforcement division submitted the annual FINSA audit of the board’s enforcement actions on May 30 and is awaiting a response. Staff also reviewed the caseload and invited continued stakeholder collaboration on enforcement priorities. Board response: Board members thanked staff for the report and noted the value of enforcement data for targeting outreach and compliance activities. No enforcement policy changes were adopted at the meeting.
