The Board of Public Works and Safety approved pay estimate No. 7 for the Northeast Water Main Extension Phase 2 project on July 2, 2025, recommending payment of $180,156.36 to ES Wagner Company.

John Pike, director of engineering, told the board the estimate reflects actual construction quantities and stored materials placed from May 1–31, 2025, and that the consulting engineer and contractor agreed on the quantities. Pike said the original contract amount was $4,210,569 and that contract modifications had revised the total contract to $4,231,904.02, with total work to date listed as $4,126,895.

Pike recommended approval of pay estimate No. 7 in the amount of $180,156.36, which includes 5% retainage of $9,481.91. The board voted to approve the estimate; the chair called for ayes and announced the motion carried.

No dissenting votes or additional conditions were recorded in the meeting minutes.
