Staff reminded applicants they must submit draft notices for staff review, mail notices to addresses within a one‑mile radius, post on‑site signage by July 29 and file a notarized sign affidavit as proof of posting.
Because the applicant did not appear, no project details were offered at the CCIM session. Planning staff closed the call for that applicant and thanked attendees for participating in the meeting.
