The permit (CU 25-1) was filed by Preston Pinnell on behalf of Celina Auto Body. Gage Roberts, the city planner presenting the application, said the 2.88-acre vacant lot sits in the South Ninth Street Corridor Overlay District and is designated for future commercial use in the comprehensive plan. Margie Clamp, deputy director of development services, attended to support staff during the presentation.
