The special called meeting at Radcliffe City Hall recessed into executive session with a motion and second; the council voted to enter the closed session.
After the executive session the council returned to open session and the mayor stated, “Let it be known that no official voter action was taken while in closed session.” The council then resumed the public meeting and proceeded to adjourn the call meeting and begin a work session.
