The Northampton License Commission voted July 16 to approve a new common victualler license for Thai Northampton Inc., doing business as Thai Garden at 2 Bridge Street, after staff said the application materials were complete.

Attorney Peter Irvine appeared for the applicant and reminded the commission the license transfer was part of a family ownership transition. Licensing staff said the submitted forms were in order and no additional conditions were required. The commission approved the license during the meeting with a unanimous roll call vote.

The application lists John Kolnisapapornamorn as the proposed manager. The commission did not require further documentation at the time of the meeting and concluded the item.
