The Bloomington City Board of Public Safety on July 17, 2025 approved its consent agenda by voice vote, covering minutes from May 20, 2025; claims dated June 6, June 20, July 3 and July 18, 2025; and payroll for May 30, June 13, June 27 and July 11, 2025.

Board member (chair) described the items on the consent agenda and asked whether any member wished to remove any item for separate discussion. "Hearing none, does any member of the board have any objections to any of the items on the consent agenda? No. Hearing none, the items on the consent agenda are approved," the chair said.

The approval was handled as routine business with no objections and no recorded roll-call vote in the meeting transcript. The consent approval cleared those administrative items from the agenda and the board proceeded to department reports and general business.
