We will wait until everybody arrives. It is now 12:27PM. Nobody arrived to the meeting. There is no quorum." He then announced, "So this meeting will not take effect. Meeting adjourned." The committee did not consider any agenda items or take formal actions because a quorum was not present. No future meeting date or rescheduling information was announced during the brief session.
