Board approves annual MOUs and lease with Deming César Chávez Charter High School

The Deming Public Schools Board of Education on July 17 approved annual memorandums of understanding with Deming César Chávez Charter High School covering nutrition services, transportation and exceptional student services (ESS) for the 2025–26 school year, and separately approved a lease agreement allowing the charter high school continued access to district facilities through the 2025–26 school year.
