Commissioner White said, “we have got it down to 7 and a half percent,” and staff presented the estimated budget impact: roughly $314,360 more for the coming fiscal year.
County Manager and HR staff and Gallagher Insurance reviewed alternative plan designs and deductibles with the commissioners; the board opted not to change plan design or employee deductibles in this renewal. Commissioner Perkins moved to approve the renewal; Commissioner White seconded and the vote was 4‑0 in favor.
