Planning staff said many plat streets in the older Woodlawn subdivision were never opened or maintained; the board voted to close the described northern and westerly 15‑foot platted strips as requested.
All approvals were recorded as routine land‑use and zoning actions; the county clerk will publish the adopted ordinances and file the road‑closure paperwork as requested by the applicants.
