The Columbia County Planning and Zoning Commission on July 17 recommended approval of a conditional use to allow therapeutic massage at 4210 Columbia Road, Building 15, and approved a massage operator’s license for MooseMake LLC, a mobile massage service. Staff said the Columbia Road site is within an existing professional office park and requires no external site changes; the applicant plans to work alone in one private room. Staff recommended approval of the conditional use (file RZ250701) and the commission voted to recommend approval. Separately, the sheriff’s office (administrative review) recommended a massage operator’s license for MooseMake LLC, owned by Andrea House, to offer mobile services from 214 Old Evans Road; staff said the applicant meets the ordinance requirements and recommended approval. The commission approved the license. Both approvals will be forwarded to the Columbia County Board of Commissioners where final actions or licensing records are maintained as applicable.
