Design is complete and staff said they do not expect long lead‑time delays for the equipment; they indicated construction should be completed before winter. Councilwoman Michelle Hoefer moved to approve; Councilwoman Sylvia Ortiz seconded. The committee voted 2‑0 in favor.
Staff did not provide a specific replacement cost or contractor name during the committee discussion. The item was forwarded to the governing body for further action as appropriate.
