At its July 16 meeting the Concord City Planning Board approved time extensions by consent for three conditional approvals, extending developers' deadlines to complete conditions of approval. Staff read the three extension requests into the record. Item 7a requested a one-year extension for Capala Realty Trust (represented by Mark Kitner) to extend conditional approval from July 19, 2025 to July 19, 2026 for a major site plan at 61 Burrow Road. Item 7b, from Gallagher Callahan Cartrell on behalf of Onyx Steeplegate Concord LLC, requested an extension pertaining to a conditionally approved amendment to a major site plan with a 07/17/2024 reference in the packet. Item 7c, from Richard D. Bartlett and Associates on behalf of Thomas and Allison Cooper, sought to extend a conditionally approved two-lot subdivision for 61 Mountain Road from July 17, 2025 to July 17, 2026. A board member moved and seconded approval of the three extensions by consent; the board approved them by voice vote. The chair noted these were extensions by consent and read the items into the record per standard procedure. Separately, the board continued a major subdivision for an unassigned Elm Street address (agenda item 6a) at the applicant's request to the August 20 meeting; the board moved and approved the continuation by motion. The approvals preserve the applicants' rights to complete conditions under the extended timelines; applicants remain responsible for meeting precedent conditions before permits or final approvals are issued.
