Commissioners approve replat of Pat Patnode Hill to split Lot 4 into 5-acre and 2.13-acre parcels

The Oklahoma County Board of County Commissioners approved a replat of Pat Patnode Hill that divides Lot 4 into two parcels, one of about 5 acres on the west and one of about 2.13 acres on the east.
County planning staff said the replat was previously reviewed by the planning commission late last year and that the highlighted southwest corner of the original plat is being split. The development is located at Dobbs and Wilshire in the eastern part of the county, staff said.
"They're just modifying the original plat," the planning staff said, adding that since the property was previously platted the applicant must replat to effect the split. Staff reported no outstanding technical objections; a surveyor for the applicant was present but offered no additional comments.
No members of the public spoke in opposition. Commissioners moved to approve the replat; roll-call voting recorded unanimous support.
Staff explained that following plat approval the county coordinates construction inspections with the developer and engineers, and that inspection fees are calculated based on the total development cost to cover grading, drainage and road construction oversight.
The board approved the replat by roll call and moved to the next agenda item.
