The board voted to conditionally approve application 25‑07 subject to two conditions: correct the spelling of Christine Roberts and enlarge lot and owner information on sheet 2 for readability on recordation.
The board closed the public hearing and recorded the conditional approval; the conditions must be satisfied before the plan is recorded.
