The motion to approve the resolution passed 5–0 with Council member Gornick, Council member Brewster, Council member Lyons, Council member Cruz and Mayor Matthews recorded in favor. No additional conditions or matching-fund requirements were discussed at the meeting.
Staff characterized the item as an administrative acceptance of awarded grant funds; the resolution authorizes the city to apply the funds for DUI enforcement activities consistent with the grant’s terms.
