Adelson Texara appeared and said the business is renovating former Oak Hills space and will feature two chefs — one focusing on Cape Verdean/Spanish cuisine and another on Portuguese and American dishes. Texara said many staff from the prior Oak Hills operation are being brought back.
The board confirmed Texara’s restaurant and business experience and that the filing updated the LLC’s officers and named Texara as manager. A motion to approve the corporate changes was seconded and passed by the two members present.
The board offered the applicant customary good wishes and recorded no objections from police or public speakers on the transcript.
