Chairman Gregory Branch opened the item, identified the applicant on the record and noted that, because only two board members were present, any approval required unanimous consent. Member Michael Perera seconded the motion to grant the one-day permit; the two members voted “aye.”
The board’s discussion was limited to confirming the event date, hours, estimated attendance and safety arrangements; no public opposition was recorded on the transcript. The board instructed the applicant to comply with any additional police or licensing conditions before the event.
The decision was procedural and specific to the one-day permit; no broader policy changes were made at the meeting.
