Springy Point day-use opening delayed pending onboarding of three summer rangers; drawdown likely in September

Taylor said the maintenance team is ready to open the park when the rangers are in place.
When asked about drawdown timing, Taylor said the county has not finalized a schedule but noted drawdowns “typically” occur in September.
