The Colorado Springs Historic Preservation Board voted unanimously to approve the consent-calendar application for 1424 North Tejon Street (HIST-25-0007) at its July 7 meeting. The two consent items were read into the record; one (1614 North Tejon) was pulled for separate discussion after a caller requested to address it, and 1424 proceeded on the consent calendar and was approved without further comment.

Melissa (city staff) read the consent items into the record. The board then took a roll-call vote approving the remaining consent-item (1424 North Tejon). The clerk later read appeal instructions that apply to Historic Preservation Board actions; the appeal period and fee were also discussed during the meeting.
