Later in the meeting Helen reported an additional resignation and asked to add an administrative assistant position in the development services department to the position report; commissioners approved filling that role by roll call.
All personnel and appointment motions were approved without recorded opposition. The commission did not specify salary or start-date details during the public portion of the meeting; those will be processed through normal human-resources and onboarding procedures.
