The Esplanade Planning Commission on Tuesday nominated and selected leadership for the coming fiscal year. Vice Chair Dunbar was nominated and approved to serve as commission chair for fiscal year 2025–26, and Jenny Thompson was nominated and approved as vice chair.
The nominations were made during the administrative portion of the meeting. Both nominations received a second and passed by voice vote; the chair congratulated the newly selected officers and briefly recessed the meeting to allow commissioners to change seats.
