Second agenda case removed after compliance, clerk says

The Code Enforcement Board removed a scheduled case against Louis Del Favaro Orchids Inc. from the July 16 agenda after the city determined compliance was achieved before the hearing.
At the start of the July 16 meeting, the Safety Harbor Code Enforcement Board clerk announced that the second case on the agenda, CEB25-0396, City of Safety Harbor v. Louis Del Favaro Orchids Incorporated (3393 State Road 580), had been removed because the matter came into compliance before the hearing.
Elizabeth Bandy, code enforcement clerk for the City of Safety Harbor, read the clerk’s announcement and removed the case from the agenda; no hearing or vote was required. The board proceeded to the remaining matters on the agenda.
