The kiosk, previously located outside the clerk's office, will be housed at the Frankfort Public Library while county offices move to an annex.
County staff described the agreement as a standard temporary-relocation arrangement; a motion to approve carried 3–0. The county will execute the relocation paperwork and the library will host the kiosk during the transition period.
