The presenter also attributed some slow attendance to a social-media trend, saying, "The TikTok trend of posting things on bathroom stalls, caused a lot of the slow attendance."
The presenter said the total number of impacted days was about 15 across the qualifying campuses, and that some of those were same-day incidents. The board moved, seconded and approved the resolution by voice vote.
