Planning staff told the council on July 15 that the city will post a joint work session with the City Council and the Planning Commission for Monday, July 21 at 5:30 p.m. to discuss a draft text amendment. Sarah John said, “we will be posting for a joint work session again with the Council Planning Commission for Monday, July 21, right at 05:30,” and that staff had met with TRAC and incorporated input for further discussion prior to a public hearing at the Planning Commission.
