Staff explained the roadway was constructed and opened to the public in 2023 but for several years had remained on private development property. Legal instruments dedicating the right of way were filed at the county in June, and staff said the public improvements complied with applicable development regulations. The resolution was reviewed by legal counsel and carried by unanimous vote.
