Nantucket Cottage Hospital noise waiver: The board approved a request from Nantucket Cottage Hospital for a noise waiver to allow line painting on property at Vesper Lane. A nearby resident said they had no concerns; the board voted to approve the waiver by roll call.

Adjournment: The board unanimously agreed to adjourn at 5:55 p.m.
