A staff member announced the meeting was adjourned after discovering the wrong agenda had been posted online, saying the June 30 agenda appeared on the website and the gathering was therefore improperly noticed. The staff member said the meeting would be concluded and its agenda items added to next week's meeting.
The misposted agenda was raised as the reason for ending the session early. "We failed to post the proper agenda in our website. And so we had the June 30 agenda posted, and therefore, we are improperly noticed for tonight's meeting. So we will conclude our meeting here," the staff member said, apologizing for the miscommunication and misnotice.
The staff member also reminded participants of pending administrative items: a deadline for "Matt and Ruth" to submit commission questions related to the charter and a request that attendees review the public information materials that "Shanna" provided and send any questions to her. "I do wanna remind you that we had our, deadline for Matt and Ruth with our commission questions for the charter. So if you could please get those into him, and then, please review the public information materials that, Shanna had available for us and send her any questions that you might have," the staff member said.
No formal vote or motion was recorded in the transcript. The meeting organizer said the body will reconvene next week and add the items from tonight's agenda to that meeting's agenda.
