The Green Bay Common Council on July 15 approved a memorandum of understanding with Scout Development GB LLC that lays out a framework to pursue rezoning and redevelopment of 500 Day Street. The council opened the floor for public comment, heard from a representative of the prospective developer and then approved the request subject to final legal review.
