County approves conditional use permit for oversized shop at Lakeview Circle

Planner Brown said the proposed shop measures about 42 by 95 feet according to the site plan submitted to staff. The board approved the conditional use permit with staff recommendations and confirmed that the structure must continue to meet all setback and permitting requirements.
