At the Raymore Commerce Center, staff reported that Building 5 had nearly completed foundation work and had begun tilt‑up wall installation and roof work on the south phase. Staff also reported substantial progress on improvements at Dean Avenue and 190 Fifth Street (a VanTrust project), which are nearing completion and expected to open within several weeks. Development staff said that landscaping, screening and four‑sided architecture requirements for nearby projects were being reviewed and met in accordance with the city’s Unified Development Code and any MOU requirements.
