I have 43 years experience as a paramedic firefighter,” Quinn told the council. Quinn said he recently received his town computer and had no formal report prepared for the meeting. Council members welcomed him and noted his experience would be an asset to the department. Quinn said he looked forward to serving residents of Mooresville in the new role.
